Zelda: Tears of the Kingdomis the newest chapter inThe Legend of Zeldaseries. Players will get to explore Hyrule once again, this time both under and over theBreath of the Wildmap. In order to safely wander the Depths, players will need to get some potions or armor that will help them to glow. There are three total Miner’s armor inTotK, each of which grants Link a level of Glowing that will light up the darker parts of the underground until players can light up the Lightroots nearby.
The GlowingMiner’s Topin Tears of the Kingdom
The three pieces of Miner’s armor are all pointed to by Old Treasure Maps found in theTears of the Kingdom.The torso piece of the Miner’s Armor has a map located on a tiny little sky island in West Hebra Sky Archipelago. Players do not have to find the treasure map to get the top, but it will highlight the location of theMiner’s Topif they get this first.

TheMiner’s Topchest is located underneath the Daphnes Mountain and theSusuyai Shrine in Hyrule Field. The best way to travel there from the surface is to take the Hyrule Field Chasm down then head west. The location of the chest is -1077, -0556, -0514.
The GlowingMiner’s Maskin Tears of the Kingdom
The Old Map for the Miner’s helm is located in Rising Island Chain above the Hebra Mountains, and the Mask itself will be found underneath the Kara Kara Bazaar in the Gerudo Desert. The chest is located around -3238, -2423, -0475.
The GlowingMiner’s Trousersin Tears of the Kingdom
The final piece of the Miner’s armor inTears of the Kingdomis in the Hylia Canyon Mine. The Map for these pants is located in West Hebra Sky Archipelago; defeat the Flux Construct in order to get the chest that holds it. As for the pants themselves, theMiner’s Trousersare located at -1287, -2250, -0707. This is a little bit southwest of both the Secret Spring of Revival and the Great Abandoned Central Mine. This is underneath Mount Hylia, which is the mountain on the Great Plateau.

Shining Steps
Shining Steps lights up a player’s previous location with a little glow petal, allowing them to light up an area by walking around in circles for a bit. This is very helpful when exploring the Depths of Hyrule in the dark untilTears of the Kingdomplayers can reveal the mapby lighting up all the Lightroots.
