The Sunken Temple raid is theWoW SoDPhase 3 level-up raid for players at level 50, and compared toBlackfathom DeepsandGnomeregan, it’s significantly more difficult. To deal with its tough bosses and complex mechanics, it’s a good idea to bring along some consumables – like food, potions, sharpening stones, and other temporary stat enhancements that come from items.
In addition to food that can give you a well-rested bonus for your class' relevant stats, every class should at least bring the basics to Raid night – but having top-of-the-line consumes can make the fights much cleaner. The best Sunken Temple consumables that every class will want to bring include both these basics and more specific consumables thatare more suited for each role.

The Basics: ST Consumables Everyone Should Bring To Raid Night
There are definitely a lot of consumables inWoW SoDthat serve specific specs, classes, and roles very well. But generally, there are some consumables that just about everyone ought to bring to the raid. The absolute basics that players should bring along to every Raid include the highest-level Healing and Mana potions available, and Free Action Potions, for a variety of CC boss abilities. For ST, It’s handy to bring Nature Protection potions, too.
Superior Healing Potions are useful in clutch situations or when Healers are low on Mana, and the Mana pots are essential for casters. Free Action potions can help negate CC effects throughout the Raid, like Ogom’s Stun or the slowing sludge pools of the Rotslime. Greater Nature Protection and regular Nature Protection Potions are useful in several fights thanks to the amount of Nature damage going out from many bosses – but especially against the Rotslime and Eranikus.

Mighty Troll’s Blood Potion is a slow HP regeneration potion that will help Healers focus on Tanks, though its effect is not very significant.
The Specifics: Best ST Potions & Other Consumables For Every Role
In general, Tanks benefit from defensive and damage-boosting consumables, whileHealers benefit from Mana Regenerationand spell buff consumables. Ranged and melee DPS often have different requirements – some use Mana, some use Rage or Energy, after all. For example, a caster wouldn’t use an Elixir of Giants, which increases Strength, though it’s a great consumable for a Tank in ST.
In Phase 3 there are three Mojo potions that players can choose from, which use materials harvested from the Raid. These Atal’ai Mojos can only be purchased on Yojamba Isle in northwestern Stranglethorn by using Flasks of Atal’ai Mojo, which drop from the raid. Be sure to plan ahead and get these well before Raid time, as it’s quite far away from flight points.

Be sure to check the list below foryour role and their recommendedconsumables – for the purposes of this table, Marksmanship Hunters have been grouped in with melee DPS as their consumables are virtually the same.
Best ST Healer Consumables
Many of these consumables are prohibitively expensive to buy or make, even when farming materials yourself, so plan ahead and only buy what you can afford. You don’t need to have a complete consumable and World Buff list to beat Sunken Temple, but bringing along some of the best Phase 3 potions and consumables for your role can make it a lot smoother.
