TheWorld of Warcraft: DragonflightPre-Patch is imminent, and with it, the end ofShadowlandsSeason 4. Though the end ofShadowlandsmarks a big change inWorld of Warcraft’s history, the beloved slime cat mount, Jigglesworth Sr., will still be available untilDragonflight’slaunch–and it is easier to earn than ever.

EarningJigglesworth Sr. inWorld of Warcraftrequires a player to complete the Fates of the ShadowlandsRaids Feat of Strength achievement, which is only available untilDragonflightlaunches. To earn this achievement, players must complete all three FatedShadowlandsraids–Castle Nathria, Sanctum of Domination, and Sepulcher of the First Ones–on Normal mode or higher.

DuringShadowlandsSeason 4, one of the three raids would be available each week in its Fated version, offering new spins on the original encounters. WhileWorld of Warcraftinitially planned on continuing this cyclethrough theDragonflightPre-Patch, it recently decided to set allShadowlandsraids to their Fated counterparts instead. This means a player can clear all three Fated raids in a single week to earn the Jigglesworth Sr. mount and the Fates of theShadowlandsachievements.

Players can also complete the Heroic version of these Fated raids to earn the Hero of Fates title, or the Mythic versions to unlock skills to teleport them to each of the three raid entrances on an eight-hour cooldown. OnceDragonflightlaunches on November 28, these Feats of Strength achievements will be retired and become unavailable.

Players are glad all the raids are being tuned to their Fated versions for the entirety of theDragonflightPre-Patch. With abouta month untilDragonflight’srelease, players are scrambling to get the last of theirShadowlandschores completed before the launch. The Fated raids all being made available makes it much easier for players to acquire the achievement before it goes away, and makes it less likely to miss simply because of a weekly cycle.

Many players are annoyed that the Jigglesworth Sr. mount is limited at all, however.World of Warcrafthas a bad habit of making much of its content time-locked. FOMO–Fear of Missing Out–is a tactic many live-service games use to entice its players to maintain active subscriptions. Jigglesworth Sr. is justone more example ofWorld of Warcraftusing such incentives. While it is possibleWorld of Warcraftmay make the mount available again somehow, players who want to get the slime cat should be sure to do so beforeDragonflight’slaunch.

World of Warcraftis available now for PC.Dragonflightlaunches on November 28.
