Disney and Marvel are set to release the next major theatrical film in the MCU that will bring together three powerful female heroes: Carol Danvers (Captain Marvel), Monica Rambeau, and Kamala Khan (Ms. Marvel).The Marvelshas been years in the making and is part of the fifth phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and it’s safe to say that there are tons of fans out there who are excited, even if there is still somesuperhero movie fatigueout there.

While Marvel has been pretty quiet on the major plot points going down inThe Marvels, the trailers released so far have shown that the film’s gist is that the three heroines randomly switch places whenever they try to use their powers. Working together, the heroes need to figure out why this is happening while also trying to take down the big baddie of the movie, Dar-Benn,a Kree warrior.
