Doxxing is the publication of private or identifying information about someone on the internet and is typically invoked online if someone’s address or legal name is leaked. Many did not consider the continuous updates of ElonJet to be doxxing given that it was publicly available flight data that anyone could access. Musk disagreed, and disallowed the dissemination of all flight tracking data.
