Lost Arkis a well-established MMORPG that follows the Korean style. Although oddly enough, it does not focus too heavily on thelevel grindas many Korean MMORPGs have traditionally done. This is primarily a PvE game, with very little PvP content. The storyline is tied to the name, as the player begins a search for theLost Arkstraight after finishing the prologue.
There are hundreds of weapons inLost Ark, most of which are part of agear set. The Assasin subclass, Deathblade is the main user of swords in this game, although classes such as the Slayer can use a few swords. This list was created by choosing good weapons that form part of useful gear sets.
8Providence Sword
Good Low-Level Deathblade Weapon
The Providence Sword inLost Arkis an assassin’s weapon, and it can only be used by players who have chosen theDeathblade class. This is a rare weapon, and as such, should be quite easy to obtain, making it a good target for newer players to try and acquire.
However, it is obtained by completing daily Chaos Dungeons, so it may take some time to loot the correct item, as a player can only complete 2 Chaos Dungeon runs each day. Although the game does have a catch-up mechanic that enables players that have been away from the game to run Chaos Dungeons more regularly.
7Enraged Nature Sword
Good Deathblade Upgrade
The Enraged Natures Sword is another Deathblade exclusive weapon. It is part of the Enraged Nature set which consists of headwear, chestpiece, pants, gloves, and pauldrons. This gear set offers a movement rate and attack bonus.
All of the parts of the Enraged Nature set are player-crafted. They need to be crafted by talking to the Abyss Equipment NPC, and these are located in most major towns and cities. Overall, the Enraged Nature Sword is a solid weapon choice for a Deathblade, especially once they have the gear set bonuses to match.
6Mute Guardian Sword
Part Of A Decent Epic Gear Set
The Mute Guardian Sword is part of the Mute Guardian gear set. This is an excellent choice of weapon and gear set for a Deathblade, as it gives two bonuses that are very useful for building a combat rogue style of character. Theseare combat recovery speedand critical damage.
This is another player-crafted weapon, as is the associated gear set. It can be crafted in most cities by locating and speaking to the Abyss Equipment NPC.
5Erupting Waves Sword
Solid Tier 3 Assasin Weapon
The first of the legendary swords on this list, the Erupting Waves Sword is part of the Erupting Waves set. This is another combat-orientated gear set that gives bonuses to base damage and crit damage, depending on how many pieces of the gear set are equipped.
Once again, this is aplayer-craftedweapon and can be crafted by visiting the same Abyss Equipment NPC already mentioned in previous entries. The stats of this weapon clearly show how great the divide is between epic items and legendary items.
4Vile Nightmare Flower Greatsword
Tier 3 Slayer Weapon
The Vile Nightmare Sword is an upgrade of the Nightmare Flower Greatsword and forms part of the Vile Nightmare gear set for the Slayer class. This is a gear set with some major bonuses. These include boosted damage for skills that consume mana, a movement speed bonus, and mana replenishment procs.
Being an upgraded weapon, the player will need to use a Nightmare Flower Greatsword in the Set Gear Manager that can be accessed from almost every city and town in the game.
3Sunset Sword
For Farming Purified Ether
The Sunset Sword is part of the Sunset gear set. However, it works pretty well as a standalone weapon forLost Arkplayers who have not managed to get 2 or more of the set items together yet. It is crafted by interacting with the Abyss Equipment NPC in thisrole-playing game.
The Sunset Gear set has a very interesting set bonus. With just two of the set items equipped, there is a chance for Purified Ether to drop once every 10 seconds, while the player is in combat with a normal-rank enemy that has below 30% of its life left.
2Harsh Oath Sword
Legendary Sword For Lunar Builds
The Harsh Oath Sword is part of the Harsh Oath gear set and is aimed squarely at Lost Ark players who are going for some form of lunar build, which is very popular withLost Arkplayers forend-game raiding. It is player-crafted by the Abyss Equipment NPC but can be traded 3 times even once it has been bound to the player.
The Harsh Oath gear set gives bonuses to Lunar Power production, and also adds some serious damage bonuses to the Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse skills depending on status effects that are currently impacting the player or a party member.
1Lingering Guiding Hallucination Sword
End-Game Ancient Weapon#
The Lingering Guiding Hallucination Sword is an upgraded version of the Hallucination Sword, and forms part of the Hallucination gear set. Looking at the stats, we can see that ancient weapons are very much more powerful than every other weapon tier inLost Ark. It needs to be crafted by using the Set Gear Manager in any city.
The Hallucination gear set is aimed at specific builds that are generally used to run end-game content. In this case, the set gives bonuses to Hallucination generation and damage bonuses to Hallucination skills.
