That is part of the reason whySpider-Manstar Holland has decided to take a break from the world of social media, as he explained to his fans.

In a video he posted to Instagram, Holland revealed that he has taken a step back from social media to focus on his mental wellbeing. “I’ve taken a break from social media for my mental health because I find Instagram and Twitter to be overstimulating, to be overwhelming,” theSpider-Manstar said. “I get caught up, and I spiral when I read things about me online and ultimately, it’s very detrimental to my mental state. So I decided to take a step back and delete the app.” He also used his brief return to his Instagram account to bring some awareness to mental health, and he references a charity called Stem4 that he supports, which helps young students manage their mental health.
As the video came to a close, Holland made it clear that he would be disappearing from social platforms once again, and he thanked his supporters for all their love and support, promising to talk to them all again soon. Ending the post, the star stated, “Let’s get talking about mental health.” The comment section was flooded with support from fans and friends of the star, like musician Justin Bieber and many others.
Although some may be saddened and will miss theSpider-Manstars' quirky postsand adorable Instagram live streams, Holland has taken a huge step to take care of himself, which takes some major courage that should be applauded.
