Of course, Devil Fruits were introduced as the primary power system, and since then, have continued to maintain their position as just that. In the Final Saga of One Piece, fans have seen quite a lot of incredible abilities, and some that can be classified to be too strong to even be Devil Fruits. While this list already goes over some of the most overpowered abilities in One Piece, it now needs to be updated, thanks to the newly introduced powers from Oda. As such, this list has now been updated accordingly.
27Hobi Hobi no Mi
Eaten by Sugar,Hobi Hobi no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that is extremely dangerousfor anyone to fight against.
Just a single touch from this Devil Fruit turns the opponent into a toy. The user of the fruit is then free to sign a contract with the toy and make them obey the conditions that they set. The real identity of the toy gets shockingly erased from the minds of every single person in the world, leaving them all alone and a slave to the Devil Fruit’s power.
26Toki Toki no Mi
Introduced into Wano Country arc,the Toki Toki no Mi is a Paramecia type of Devil Fruitthat allows the user to jump forward in time as much as they want. Although the Devil Fruit makes it possible to jump forward in time, the user cannot return to where they came from. This fruit was wielded by Kozuki Toki, the wife of Kozuki Oden. Originally, Toki was born over 800 years ago during the Void Century in One Piece tmeline. After her death, this fruit has now been recirculated, however, it is unknown who wields it currently.
25Zushi Zushi no Mi
The Zushi Zushi no Mi, also known as the Thump-Thump fruit, is a paramecia type of Devil Fruit that is wielded by one of the new Admirals of the Navy, Fujitora.
This fruit grants him total control over gravity and using its powers he can manipulate the gravitational forces as he likes. He can make things heavier by increasing their gravity or lift things by reducing their gravity. Fujitora’s powers rank amongthe strongest Devil Fruitsand makes him one of the most overpowered characters in the series.
24Nikyu Nikyu no Mi
Eaten by Bartholomew Kuma, Nikyu Nikyu no Mi is quite a powerful Devil Fruit that gives him paws on the palms of his hands. The paws have special power as they allow him to repel anything that he touches at the speed of light.
The Nikyu Nikyu no Mi also allows to compress air at the speed of light and create a shockwave strong enough to wreck an entire island. What’s more, this Devil Fruit offers instantaneous travel by repelling Kuma at light speed. If that wasn’t enough, its repelling powers also work on intangible things such as pain, or possibly even emotions.
23Hie Hie no Mi
The Hie Hie no Mi is a powerful Logia type of Devil Fruit that was eaten by the former Admiral of the Navy, Kuzan. This Devil Fruit allows him to turn himself into ice as well as create and manipulate ice at will. The powers of the fruit are so immense that it can freeze an entire ocean within a few seconds. It can also freeze a human within the blink of an eye and, thus, kill them quite easily.
Its powers were such that even when pitted against magma, this fruit allowed Kuzan to fight for 10 days against Akainu, which is nothing short of impressive. In its awakened form, it is likely even stronger.
22Mori Mori no Mi
The Mori Mori no Mi was introduced to the fans for the very first time towards the end of the Wano arc. This Devil Fruit is in possession of Admiral Aramaki,who is also known as Green Bull in the Marines.He is an incredibly dangerous Marine, as is expected of someone with his position of power.
Aramaki possesses the power of the Logia type Mori Mori no Mi and this devil fruit allows him to transform himself into Woods and any form of vegetation as well as freely manipulate it at will. The woods that he is able to produce are fire resistant and, at the same time, he has many incredible abilities up his sleeve. The power of the Mori Mori no Mi allows him to skewer his enemies and drain them of the nutrients that they require to survive. Furthermore, he can also enter the Woodsman form and create giant wooden constructs, which can even strangle large dragons with ease.
21Mera Mera no Mi
One of the most overpowered Devil Fruits to exist inOne Piece, the Mera Mera no Mi allows the user to become as well as manipulate fire at will. This Devil Fruit is quite dangerous and holds enough power to destroy cities in the blink of an eye. The Mera Mera no Mi is nothing short of extraordinary.This Devil Fruit has given Sabo enough strength to combat equally with an Admiralof the Navy and that just goes to show how strong it truly is.
This Devil Fruit is unawakened at the moment, however, if it is awakened, the power that it possesses will then be taken to a completely new level.

Pika Pika no Mi is a Logia-type of Devil Fruit that is wielded by one of the three Admirals of the Navy, Admiral Kizaru. This devil fruit allows the user to turn themselves into light itself and freely manipulate it according to their will. This fruit grants the speed of light to Kizaru and makes him a fearsome opponent for anyone in One Piece. During the Sabaody Archipelago arc, Kizaru was able to take down four Supernova Captains and even clash with Rayleigh on an equal footing thanks to his Devil Fruit.
19Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Daibutsu
One of the Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit, the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Daibutsu is one of themost powerful Devil Fruits, wielded by the former Fleet Admiral of the Navy, Sengoku. This fruit allows him to transform into a giant golden Buddha capable of emitting shockwaves from the palms of his hands. During the Marineford arc, Sengoku was able to match Blackbeard’s quake powers with its shockwaves. At the same time, this Devil Fruit also made him one of the strongest people duringthe era of Gol D. Roger.
18Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Phoenix
Eaten by Marco the Phoenix at a very young age, the Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Phoenix was first introduced during the Marineford arc. This Devil Fruit is a Mythical Zoan, making it even rarer than a Logia-type. As the name suggests,it grants Marco the ability to turn into a Phoenix at will.
Any damage that he takes can be healed within seconds using the blue flames of resurrection. Marco also gains a tremendous physical boost due to his Zoan fruit as seen when he was able to overpower both King and Queen at once during the Wano Country arc.
