In a Reddit post, aSuper Mariofan known as CrispyFrenchFry showcased their impressive Bowser figure made out of pipe cleaners. The image shared by the creator had the character positioned on a flat surface in front of an appropriate red background. For Bowser’s design, the artist managed to add an incredible amount of detail to the fuzzy figure, replicating nearly every aspect of his appearance in vivid colors thanks to using a variety of pipe cleaners. A few highlights included the spiked bands around his arms along with his bushy red mane and eyebrows.
Since sharing this image of pipe cleaner Bowser, more than 3.5K users have upvoted the Reddit post. Many fans complimented the artist on the creation, with some wondering how long creating something so detailed would take. Fortunately, CrispyFrenchFry responded, noting that they worked on the project over the course of several weeks. Furthermore, they said this was one of their longest projects to date.
It is worth pointing out that this is not the only pipe cleaner art made by CrispyFrenchFry. In addition to Bowser, they have made pipe cleaner versions of John Wick, Boba Fett, and Han Solo. Based on the creator’s impressive collection of designs, whatever characters they decide to make next using pipe cleaners will likely stand out.
Beyond this pipe cleaner version of Bowser, other fans have been making homages to the iconic villain. For example, a talented builder recently made aLEGO version of Bowser’s Castle, complete with moving parts like Thwomps. WithSuper Mario Bros.
