While the remake ofSpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom - Rehydratedchanged a lot of parts of the oldSpongebobgame, many things, including SpongeBob’s bubble powers, have remained the same. One of the powers that SpongeBob can get during the game is the Cruise Bubble.
What is the Cruise Bubble?
Unlike many licensed video games of the past,Battle for Bikini Bottom Rehydratedhas been a surprisingly big hitbecause of the solid gameplay, fun boss battles and fun powers that SpongeBob and company gained throughout the game. One of these is the Cruise Bubble, which is the final bubble move that players can unlock in the game. This cruise missile made of bubbles is a ranged explosive that can take out robots from a good distance. The resulting explosion of bubbles really cleans up the enemies in SpongeBob’s way.

How to Get the Cruise Bubble
As mentioned above, this is a late-game power that players can get from the end ofRehydrated. Long after playersbeat the King Jellyfishand collect many gold spatulas, they will battle Robot Patrick. After this battle, players will find themselves in the movie theater and Kelp Forest area, where Bubble Buddy is waiting for SpongeBob.
Talk to Bubble Buddy, and he’ll teach SpongeBob this final move. Press L2, LT, LZ, or the top bumper button. This will give players control of the Bubble Rocket, allowing players to Cruise Boost out of bounds for their very own glitch run. These kinds of interesting abilities are one of the many things that playerslove aboutSpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom - Rehydrated.

This old-school platformer/collectathon willtake players about 12 to 15 hours to beat, so the Cruise missile comes along pretty late game. But it’s definitely worth the wait as this Cruise Missile will allow the Sponge to take out everything before it has a chance to damage him, getting him to the final bosses with fuller health.
