Each Persona you obtain inPersona 3 Reloadvia Shuffle Time or Fusion has its own Skills. You could have Persona that specialize in physical attacks, magic attacks, or support skills. Most Persona are assigned an Affinity, meaning they’ll learn Skills of a single element (ex: Fire) and will be unable to learn Skills of other elements (ex: Ice). With Skill Cards, you can teach Persona abilities that they wouldn’t normally be able to learn on their own. If you want two of the same Skill Cards, you should consider getting them duplicated atPersona 3 Reload’s Inari Shrine.
Where is the Inari Shrine?
Does It Use Up Free Time?
You can fast-travel inP3Rbyopening the mini-mapand selectingNaganaki Shrine, thetravel spot east of Iwatodai Strip Mall. It’s also the placewhere you can start Maiko’s Social Link. TheInari Shrineitself is in thered shrine to the left of the Monetary Offering Shrine.
You can only visit Naganaki Shrineduring the day/afternoon.
Unlike the Monetary Offerings, the Inari Shrinewill not pass the timenor do you have to pay. However, if you don’t have any Skill Cards, you’re not going to get any use out of the shrine. you’re able to only getone Skill Card duplicated per day, so choose wisely.
Where Do You Find Skill Cards?
Skill Categories
You have a chance at getting a Skill Card inShuffle Time. To get Shuffle Time, you need to land the finishing blow on an enemy with an All-Out Attack. Skill Cards are represented by theSuit of Swords, but the type of Skill depends on the “value” of the Swords Card. You’re more likely to getFive of SwordsorFour of SwordsSkill Cards from defeating stronger enemies, or after you’ve collected some of theMajor Arcana Cards.
Some of theRequestsgiven by Elizabeth, which unlock after the Priestess boss fight, will have Skill Cards as a reward. For example, you’ll get aMediaSkill Card for completingRequest #9: I would like to try all kinds of drinks.

Skill Cards are divided into several categories:
Physical Skillsdeal pierce, slash, or bash damage. They will consume a portion of your HP (Hit Points) when used in-battle.Magic Skillsdeal Affinity damage, such as Fire, Electric, or Light. Unlike Physical Skills, Magic Skills will use SP (Stamina Points).Support Skillscan be health-restoring, or they can be used for buffing allies (ex: Sukukaja) and debuffing targets (Sukunda). Finally,Passive Skillscan’t be “used” the same way as Physical/Magic/Support Skills, but they have positive effects on your Persona in-battle. One example isRegenerate 1, which restores a small amount of HP at the end of each turn.
Skill Cards can be used on anyone, but it’s best to save them foryourPersonas. You may also receive a Request from Elizabeth asking to “have a Persona with [X] Skill in your possession.” If you have a Skill Card, all you need to do is use it on the requested Persona. This will save you the hassle (and cost) of Fusing.
