According to the post, March 7th is expected to feature an Enhanced Basic ATK, similar toother characters like Imbibitor Lunae. March 7th’s new form will provide buffs from both her Skill and Technique, though the post does not clarify whether the buffs affect March 7th or her allies. While her normal attacks will be stronger, March 7th’s Skill and Ultimate are rumored to not deal damage, though that fact was not fully confirmed.
