Hellpointis an action role playing game that takes place on a horrifying space station filled with difficult enemies. This title combines the thrills of Sci-fi withthesouls-like genreto make a game that is sure to entertain players to challenge themselves to push forward against all the foes.

Like anysouls-like game, armor is incredibly important if a player wishes to survive against the variety of attacks they will face. Knowing whicharmors are the best to use for either physical defense or elemental resistancesas well as where they can be found, can help greatly while adventuring inHellpoint.
Preterhuman Set
With this armor being able to be found in two different areas, many players will find themselves collecting this set early into the game.One noticeable locationis in the Alma Mater Atrium, past Our Preying Hostess boss, players will find a room where the armor is laying on the ground, alongside a variety of workbenches to use.
Although mildly heavy to wear, the set has a fair number of base defenses though not excelling in anything and therefore being a jack-of-all-trades but a master of none.
Depraved Set
The Depraved Armor Set overall provides fairly average defenses and resistances across the board. Its strongest suit is in the element of Nihl and therefore players may fall on this armor when facing foes that use this element.
Due to being classed as medium armor the Depraved set unfortunately doesn’t do much against base physical damage, but its lightness does mean a playercan easily dodge out the wayof attacks. To equip this set entirely a player will need a six in strength and foresight before equipping.
Major Thespian Set
Although many of the other armor sets require the entire set to be found lying somewhere on the map or by defeating a boss. There is far more work to be done by players that are hoping to use the Major Thespian Set.

Players must first find all the printing models for each part of the armor and then bring them to the Universal Printer to craft, it cannot be crafted anywhere else. Once fully equipped in the armor players will have an overall average defense with the set favoring resistances to radiation.
Revolute Warrior Set
Similarly, the Revolute Warrior Setmust also be craftedusing the Universal printer once all the printing models for the set have been found. While exploring areas like the Alma Mater Atrium players will gradually find the different armor pieces, though it can also be found at the Port Issoudun area as well.
Once crafted players will have access to another set of armor with overall average defenses though it greatly excels in its resistance to Entropy damage. It therefore makes it a great set to use if players feel they will be encountering enemies that inflict entropy a lot.
Sentinel Set
For players looking for armor that can protect them against energy damage fairly easily than the Sentinel Set is definitely a choice to look into. It can be found in two different locations, so players are sure to get their hands on it while exploring the Alma Mater Atrium or walking towards the Arcology as long as progress has been made.
It also only requires a six stat in strength to equip and then being worn for twenty-five armor alongside its high energy resistance. Its other resistances are on the low average side though players should avoid tackling Nihl foes while wearing the Sentinel garbs.
Architect Set
Some sets of armor can be earned while completing quest lines inHellpoint. During the Architect quest line players will unlock the Sohn District area, and then eventually an escort mission with the Architect NPC. While he walks onwards he will unlock doors that couldn’t be opened before that lead to the different pieces.

It can also be crafted if the printing models have been found, but this ismuch later into the game. The set requires the player to have a high cognition as well as six strength before this decently protective set can be equipped.
Prodigal Spawn Set
Light armor is another viable option for players, especially those that are avoiding strength builds. Players will be required to have fifteen in foresight and eight in reflex making it a great set for players to wear who are focusing on agility over brute force.
This does mean the set has poor armor with only a score of eight though it does resist32% of all physical damage. Its strongest resistances are Induction and Nihl where it resists over half the damage from foes that use that element.
Bloodied Architect Set
Players that have no issues withkilling harmless NPCswill want to obtain the Bloodied Architect set. When encountering the Architect for the first time, players can choose to not assist in his quest line but instead put him down.

After successfully killing him, players can now wear his clothes as a trophy of their accomplishment, and it isn’t for nothing. Although requiring ten cognition, the Bloodied Architect outfit has great defense to physical attacks as well slightly protecting the player from other elemental attacks.
EVA Outfit Set
Heavy as it may be, this weight serves a purpose of making the player into a brilliant tank. It does however require players to focus stats into strength, reflex, and cognition to equip the outfit with all of its advantages.
Once this outfit has been found in the High Ateliers or crafted players will have high resistances to both Entropy and Radiation. When using the helmet alone players will have unlimited oxygen in outer space while wearing the entire outfit will give them total immunity to environmental radiation.
Aegies Armature Set
The Aegis Armature set is by far one of the best sets in the game due to having the highest armor available to players alongside its incredible resistances to both Entropy and Radiation. Similar to the EVA Outfit if the helmet of this set is worn then the player won’t lose any oxygen while in outer space.
An issue with this set though is players will be expected to have a high ten in strength if they wish to equip the whole set. It is alsovery heavymaking it a difficult armor to use if a player is expecting to keep their mobility.
