The Land of Wisdom, Sumeru, is full of hidden puzzles waiting to be uncovered inGenshin Impact, especially since many of them lead to a secret area, a Luxurious Chest, or unlocking a Domain. For example, in Mawtiyima Forest, the Universal Fungus Domain is buried in the ground and surrounded by Dendro Monuments.
The Universal Fungus is a one-time Domain inGenshin Impactthat rewards players with very useful things like Primogems, Adventure EXP, Dendro Sigils, Hero’s Wit, Mora, and many more items. As the process is very simple and not time-consuming, unlocking the Domain is not that hard.

How To Unlock The Universal Fungus Domain In Genshin Impact
To unlock the Universal FungusDomain inGenshin Impact, players must activate the Monuments in the correct order. Upon approaching the Domain, a Dendrogranum will be in front of it, and several Dendro Monuments are surrounding it, with one being buried under a Dendro Rock.
To make the process easier,players must first destroy the rock to free the Monument. Approach the Dendrogranum and summon the Dendrograna, then use anyGenshin Impactcharacter to hit the Dendro Rock with a Charged Attack.
Once all Dendro Monuments are visible,equip any DendroGenshin Impactcharacterlike Collei to activate them in the correct order. The secret is toobserve the symbols in front of the five Monuments. One of them has aglowing symbol; activate it, then search for the next one that has a glowing symbol (the next correct Monument is pointed by the last glowing symbol). Keep repeating the same step until all Dendro Monuments are activated.
For players that would like a fast and straightforward answer, face the entrance of the Domain and turn on:
The moment Travelers activate the last Dendro Monument, the Universal Fungus Domain will be unlocked, and a Common Chest will appear.
For players who wish to unlock the Domain but don’t possess a Dendro character inGenshin Impact, equip any Bow user and keep summoning Dendrograna until all Monuments are activated.
How To Get To The Universal Fungus Domain In Genshin Impact
The Universal Fungus Domain is in the eastern parts of Mawtiyima Forest. First, travel to the Mawtiyima ForestTeleport Waypoint inGenshin Impact, which can be found northeast of The Palace of Alcazarzaray. From there, glide northeast while ignoring all the tall plants. Once players arrive above the Domain, drop to the watery area below to unlock it.
To complete the Universal Fungus Domain, or Under the Umbrella’s Shade, Travelers need to defeat three waves of enemies in a specific time limit; the first wave is Floating Hydro Fungus, the second is a variety of Fungus enemies, and the third wave is full of Hydroshrooms, Dendroshrooms, and Cryoshroom. Completing this one-time Domain will reward players with many useful items like:
