With all these new modes, how exactly can they get their hands on The Weekend, and build a squad of iconicmusicians inFortnitelike Eminemand Ariana Grande?
How To Get The Weekend
The Weekend was released into theFortniteItem Shop on Jun 20, 2025. The Weekend comes with a fair few goodies, but if players want to unlock his iconic red suit and black shirt, then they are going to need to embark on a quest throughFortniteFestival.FortniteFestival’s Season 1 Opening Nightis not the only day that players have to unlock The Weekend, as he, alongside the Season 1 Festival Pass, is available until June 04, 2025, but it will set players back a fair few V-Bucks.
The Weekend Combat outfit is available in the Item Shop, but The Weekend is an exclusive outfit tied to the premium rewards of the Festival Pass forFortniteFestival, which is aseparate entity from the Battle Passand other quest reward items.
The Weekend (11,000 Festival Points)

To get the weekend, players will need to earn 11,000 Festival Points during their time inFortniteFestival. This can be done by completingFortniteFestival attached quests and playing jam sessions. Players will also need to spend 1,800 V-Bucks to unlock this premium Festival Pass, which holds The Weekend skin as well as other cosmetics, like a guitar, microphone, and the Blinding Lights track that they can use.
The Weekend himself has two styles, one with his glasses on or off. The costume The Weekend wears is a great choice, as it’s in reference to his signature look that he wore during his 2020 album, After Hours. However, if players do not want to pay for the PremiumFortniteFestival Pass or grind for the skin, there is an Item Shop variant of The Weekend.
Weekend Mic (1,000 Festival Points)
Those with an act and confidence for singing can use the Weekend Mic to take center stage and sing their heart out at theFortniteFestival. It also works as part of the jam emotes in Battle Royale.
XO Bass (6,000 Festival Points)
Alongside The Weekend, players can get a bass instrument in the style of his XO brand, which can be used to play music through emotes in Battle Royale and to jam with inFortniteFestival.
The Weekend Bundle (3,500 V-Bucks)
If players spend 3,500 V-Bucks, they will receive everything in The Weekend collab (other than The Weekend’s red suit outfit). This will save them a total of 1,300 V-Bucks and will give them an exclusive wrap style to represent their love for the musician and XO. The bundle itself comes with 8 items, with 2 of them only usable inFortniteFestival.
The Weekend Combat (1,800 V-Bucks)

For 1,800 V-Bucks, players can get their hands on The Weekend in a combat variant. There are multiple styles and variants to this outfit, so players can really mix and match their preference of what they want The Weekend to wear. Whether it’s a black outfit or a white outfit, an XO jacket or not, or a mask. The Weekend Combat comes with the following:
These selectable styles make a great outfit, and there is also a transformation emote, in which players can use a built-in emote exclusive to The Weekend where he will hold up the mask of famed and late musician, MF DOOM. It’s a loving homage to one of The Weekend’s favorite musicians.
Masked Built-In Emote (Comes With The Weekend Combat)

The MF DOOM-inspired emote has The Weekend lift up and show a mask in homage to the style of MF DOOM. It can only be used with The Weekend and comes alongside the skin free of charge.
XO Back Bling (Comes With The Weekend Combat)
Alongside The Weekend Combat outfit, players can get the XO Back Bling. This is the Canadian record label that The Weekend founded, and it comes complete with the logo. With its chrome look, and heart between the X and O, it works pretty well with The Weekend’s skin for those who enjoy wearing Back Blings.
Axe-O Pickaxe (500 V-Bucks)
Cut more than new tracks.
The Weekend’s pickaxe is a two-handed axe that players can wield into war for the Battle Royale mode. Whilst it may not be an instrument, it is certainly to turn some heads when one is wielding it. Even if players aren’t a fan of The Weekend, it’s a great pickaxe thanks to its style.
Popular Vibe Emote (500 V-Bucks)
Get famous.
This emote is a separate addition, and features as an Icon Series emote in which players can listen and vibe to The Weekend’s song collab with Madonna, called Popular. In this endless emote, players will shuffle their feet and vibe to the song in grand style.
XO 6-String Guitar (1,000 V-Bucks)
Players can get their hands on a guitar styled after XO, with sharp edges and a chrome design. This guitar can be used in theFortniteFestival for players who like to bring a guitar into the music jam session. Sadly, it cannot be used as a Back Bling or a Harvesting Tool.
XO Keys Keytar (1,000 V-Bucks)
Another rather expensive item in The Weekend xFortnitecollabis the XO Keys keytar, which players can use inFortniteFestival for when it is time to jam. However, this also cannot be used as a Back Bling or a Harvesting Tool, as it is limited to this game mode, or for when using jam track emotes in Battle Royale.
XO Attack Wrap (Exclusive To The Weekend Bundle)
This black wrap can be used on weapons and some vehicles to show off the XO brand in style. It fits with The Weekend’s skin and adds a nice fashionable design to weapons that players will wield in Battle Royale. However, players will need to purchase The Weekend bundle to get it.
