For a Unique item, the drop rate of The Oculus is fairly low, but that isn’t to say it won’t take a bit of grinding and dedication to get there. The unique ability of this item allows players to gain the Teleport Enchantment for free, which some consider to be an underwhelming ability for a unique item. This is especially the case when compared to some of the other entries introduced in theSeason of the Malignant.
5Azurewrath
Azurewrath is a Unique sword for the use of the Barbarian class. The unique ability provided by this item is very useful, especiallyfor the Barbarian. The unique ability provided by Azurewrath means that players have the chance to Freeze an enemy for three seconds when using core abilities. While a Bone Storm is active, hitting an unaffected enemy has the chance to spawn an additional Bone Storm at their location. The likelihood for them to occur and how many a player can have active are all affected by the character’s active Sacrifice bonus, so players with this item need to ensure they’re keeping that high to dominate the battlefield.
1Ahavarion Spear of Lycander
This Unique item is class-inclusive, meaning anyone who is able to find it, can use it. The rarity of this item is much, much higher than the other unique items introduced in this season, so it has become incredibly sought after. Its incredibly rare nature is, in large, due to the fact that players are only able to acquire it from random drops in World Tier 4 Torment Difficulty, after slaying Level 85+ enemies.
All the hard work needed to acquire this item is worth it, however, as it certainly lives up to the Legendary and Unique title. Once players have managed to secure this rare item, they’ll be rewarded with a very cool unique ability. When using the Ahavarion Spear of Lycander to slay an Elite foe, players will gain a random shrine effect for 10-20 seconds. This effect can only be triggered every 30 seconds.
