Modern Warfare 3added three playlists in Modern Warfare 2 Mosh Pit, Team Gunfight, and Shipment 24/7.Modern Warfare 2 Mosh Pit is a returning modefromModern Warfare 3’s early days, which features maps from the older title. This time around, it added Breenbergh Hotel to its original lineup of Farm 18, Crown Raceway, Mercado Las Almas, and Shoot House. Team Gunfight is a new Gunfight variation that uses the original mode’s rules but pits two teams of six against each other on standard maps. This is probably an exciting development for Gunfight fans, as this is the first time in a while thatCall of Dutyhas introduced a new and meaningful way for them to enjoy their favorite mode. Shipment 24/7 is a classic playlist that features Shipment as its only map.
New Playlists Added to Modern Warfare 3
These playlists will presumably be available for a limited time, so interested fans should probably try them out sooner rather than later. Although it seems unlikely that Modern Warfare 2 Mosh Pit will be made into a permanent playlist, a mode like Team Gunfight could become a permanent addition if it’s popular enough. However, this is just speculation, andModern Warfare 3’s permanent Cutthroat modewould make this a crowded subsection of the game.
AsCall of Duty’s next major update nears closer, some fans are probably curious as towhat they can expect fromModern Warfare 3’s Season 2. Sledgehammer previously confirmed that Season 2 will introduce three new 6v6 maps to Multiplayer. There are also rumors of some significant additions coming to Zombies, like a new boss and more storyline content. Leaks also pointed towards a potentialWalking Deadcrossover, but this has not been confirmed. Season 2 is expected to launch on February 7, but similarly, this has also not been confirmed yet.
