Fans ofCall of Duty: Modern Warfare 2are enamored at the moment with a brand-new skin added to the game which looks like Jesus Christ. Some feel thatCall of Dutyis going fullFortnitewith its latest skins, but this latest addition would suggest otherwise.
Customization has always been a key part of theCall of Dutyexperience, but the recent titles in the long-running franchise have really taken it up a level. What started as simple unlockable gun camos in earlier games, has slowly progressed into absurd Operator skins that can really take players out of the experience. However, if gamers continue to purchase them, then Activision will happily provide. It does make sense, though. Many other online games now feature similar crazy customization options, and theCall of Dutyfranchise didn’t want to be left behind by a new generation of gamers. In this context, it’s an understandable route for the series to take.

Redditor UnknownBot21 posted the image of the skin, and it certainly has a striking resemblance to how Jesus is typically depicted in a lot of media. The defining features are the flowing brown locks and bushy beard, which thisCall of Duty: Modern Warfare 2skin pulls off with style. Released as part of the Age of the Viking bundle, he doesn’t even look too out of place. It’s an improvement overCall of Duty: Modern Warfare 2releasing two shockingly similar skins, with the “Jesus” skin at least having its own distinctive look.
Other users in the thread were sure to crack plenty of jokes about the “Jesus” skin, with one gamer claiming that “the p2w ability is walking on water,” and the con to the skin is it takes “3 days to respawn.” Luckily, the different Operators inCall of Duty: Modern Warfare 2don’t actually provide any advantage to players, and gamers don’t have to put down their hard-earned cash to get ahead in the game.

Recently,Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2brought back Trophy Hunt for the rest of Season 3, allowing players to pick up the trophies they missed the first time around.
