Shinjutsu is a completelynew class of Jutsuthat was recently introduced in theBorutomanga. Up until this point, Jutsu were usually divided into three types, ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu. InBoruto, a completely new class of Jutsu, called Shinjutsu, made its way after the conclusion of the Code arc, and its powers are truly phenomenal.

This ability belongedto a powerful Otsutsukiwho ascended to the status of God, consuming several chakra fruits over the years. His power was such that it was considered to be in an entirely different league. Eventually, his techniques were named Shinjutsu. So far, only a few Shinjutsu users have appeared in theBorutoseries, however, with time, they will likely be more beings capable of using this skill.
8Momoshiki Otsutsuki
Momoshiki Otsutsuki is a user of Shinjutsu as well.While fans were unaware of this till recently, the latestBorutomanga chapter revealed to the fans that he was, indeed, capable of using these techniques. Momoshiki was able to bestow the power of the Karma to Boruto Uzumaki. This power, in Momoshiki’s words, is a form of Shinjutsu.
As such, Momoshiki is an avid user of these powers. He also claims to know every single Shinjutsu in existence, which implies that he might be a user of more than just one of them himself. With time, fans will most likely find out more about this.
7Isshiki Otsutsuki
Isshiki Otsutsuki was one of the major antagonists in theBorutoseries up until recently. He was eventually defeated by Naruto Uzumaki, thanks to his Baryon Mode. Isshiki was a user of Shinjutsu as well. According to Momoshiki, powers such as Daikokuten and Sukunahikona are both forms of Shinjutsu.
As fans know already, Isshiki was excellent at using these techniques. Using the power of Daikokuten, he was able to summon things that he stored in his private dimension where time didn’t flow, instantaneously. Using Sukunahikona, he was able to shrink himself and any non-living object to microscopic sizes instantaneously.
6Boruto Uzumaki
Boruto Uzumaki is also a user of Shinjutsu. Although, initially, he was just able to use ninjutsu and taijutsu, after he was branded by the karma by Momoshiki, he received the ability to use Shinjutsu as well. Boruto is a user of the Karma seal and the seal itself is Shinjutsu. He is also able to use techniques such as the space-time Jutsu of the Otsutsuki clan.
Using this Jutsu, he can travel to different planets and dimensions very easily. The karma rift technique is classified as Shinjutsu. In the future, Boruto will most likely learn more Shinjutsu abilities. However, for now, the grasp that Boruto has over these abilities is not all that strong.
5Kawaki
Kawaki is a user of Shinjutsu, just like Boruto Uzumaki. Initially, Kawaki was not aware of any form of Jutsu. After all, he was just a normal child that was bought by Jigen. After he was branded with the Karma by Isshiki, his life changed entirely. In the following years, the art of fighting was beaten into him by Jigen, and he was taught to use the Karma as well.

As mentioned earlier, the Karma seal in itself is classified as Shinjutsu. Kawaki having a great hold over this ability means that he is a decent user of Shinjutsu. He can also use abilities such as Sukunahikona and Daikokuten, Just like Isshiki. In his fight against Code, He was seen making use of these abilities to the fullest.
4Daemon
Daemon is one of the two cyborgs created by none other than Amado of Konoha. Much like the other members of Kara, Daemon is a product of scientific technology infused with the DNA of either other ninjas, or, in his case, the Otsutsuki clan members. It was using the remains of Shibai Otsutsuki that Daemon was created. Shibai originally possessed an ability that allowed him to reflect any attack or harmful intent thrown his way.
This ability is now wielded by none other than Daemon. At the same time, Daemon also possesses extremely high combat prowess, which could be a result of him having the DNA of Shibai Otsutsuki. His Shinjutsu ability is extremely impressive and might just be the best seen in the story so far.
3Code
Code is a former member of Jigen’s Kara organization. He was one of the Inners of the group and, after the death of Isshiki, he took charge of it. Code was bestowed with a White Karma, the powers of which are nothing short of extraordinary. Since all Karma are Shinjutsu, the White Karma is also a form of it. Code also has the ability to use Claw Marks.
These marks act as a form of teleportation space-time ninjutsu, and are often compared to the Flying Thunder God, which was the Jutsu of the Fourth Hokage. It is believed that the Claw Marks are a superior version of it and, according to Amado, they are also a form of Shinjutsu wielded by none other than Shibai Otsutsuki in the past. What’s more, Code is also looking to consume a lot of chakra fruits and, if he does do that, then he will become being closer to Shibai Otsutsuki in power.
2Eida
Eida was recently revealed in Boruto to have a powerful Shinjutsu as well. Her eye, known as the Senrigan, can see anything happening in the world at the current time and she can also see the past up to the point where she was born.
Eida also has the ability to use other Shinjutsu and, in her case, it is the strongest Shinjutsu in existence,known as Omnipotence. Using it, she can bring her deepest desires to reality and also the desires of others who she holds very dear to her heart.
1Shibai Otsutsuki
Shibai Otsutsuki was recently introduced in theBorutomanga as the strongest being to ever exist in the entire Naruto universe. He was a powerful Otsutsuki who consumed several chakra fruits. Over the years, he used the Karma repeatedly to resurrect himself and kept on consuming more fruits.
Eventually, he’s known to have left his body behind and ascended to godhood somehow, as speculated by Amado and confirmed by none other than Momoshiki, who exists within Boruto’s body at the moment. Shibai was, undoubtedly, the greatest user of Shinjutsu. He could create storms by moving his hands and his roar would cause a burst of lightning.
