Extended Final Anderson Conversationis a mod that fixes the short length of conversation between Shephard and Anderson and makes it how it should be. This mod replaces a couple of pieces of dialogue during the conversation and acts as a part of the Extended CutDLC.
The mod adds the full conversation with Anderson and uses camera cuts and additional animation to establish that. This is one of the add-ons that actually do not impact the gameplay at all, but rather enhance the story further.
